Axbridge is Somerset's smallest town so if you are coming along to watch arrive early to get the best spots. The best place to enjoy the carnival is in The Square - where you'll also find fair ground rides, pubs and cafes.
Key Locations:
1) The Square - the centre of Axbridge where all the fun happens.
2) St Marys Street - where procession assembles & heads off.
3) High Street/West Street - after The Square the procession heads up the hill.
4) Prize Giving - when the procession returns prizes are awarded at the Downhill.
5) Parking - Axbridge has 3 main car parks but they are small, so if you can walk or use public transport please do.
