Whether you want to enter a walking or wheels float or would like to apply for child to be the Carnival Queen or Princess you can do so using the form below.   Before you enter please make sure you have read the terms and conditions, are fully aware of when you will need to be available and for carnival entries complete and send us a risk assessment for your entry.   There is no charge for entries but we need to know in good time how many entries to prepare for.    Terms & Conditions can be found here and Risk Assessment forms here.
